Shipping & Order Policies

Hours of Operation:

Love Monster is open Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be started the following business day. We are closed Saturday and sundays. Custom order turn around time is 2-3 days. In stock items can be picked up during normal business hours for local customers. Rush orders are available (if needed outside normal business hours) for an additional $5. 

 

Shipping

We use USPS for all orders. First class shipping is offered for orders under one pound. For orders over one pound, priority mail is the only option. We strive to ship all orders within 3 business days from the date of purchase. However, most items are made to order, so that time frame can change. We will keep you posted in the event it does. We cannot guarantee delivery time frames and are not responsible for lost packages or damages during transit as that is out of our control. If your package was shipped via priority mail, $50 insurance is included. If more insurance is needed, that is the responsibility of the customer to notify us and the customer is responsible for additional insurance charges. First class mail does not automatically offer insurance.   

If you are looking to do local pickup (Commerce City, CO), please use code LOCALPICKUP to bypass the shipping charges. If anyone not planning on picking up their order uses the above code in order to receive free shipping Love Monster reserves the right to cancel and refund the order. 

 

Refunds

Orders can not be cancelled after 2 hours of being placed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless the wrong product was received. This is extremely rare, but we are human. If the wrong product was received, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution. you will need to provide photo proof of the wrong products received. Love Monster will pay return shipping. Once the incorrect product is received back to us, we will ship the correct order out to you. 

Insurance Claims

If products break in transit, Love Monster is not responsible as once the product leaves our hands, we have no control. If your package was shipped priority mail, please contact us so we can get a claim filed via USPS. For damaged package claims, you must provide the following, photographs of damaged packaging and product and a brief explanation of the damage. This information must be provided to us within 7 days of delivery, otherwise the customer must handle claim on their own. USPS reserves the right to deny any claim and in the event they do, Love Monster is not responsible. Love Monster is not able to speed up USPS claims process, so please be patient.
